How praxispointir.com handles website analytics and visitor identification — cookieless, company-level rather than personal, and never sold.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) alongside our own first-party measurement to understand interest in IRconnect. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
During a visit we record the pages viewed, time on site, and any resources downloaded — so we can see what’s useful and improve the site.
We may look up the organization associated with a visitor’s network (an IP-to-company lookup) to understand which businesses are evaluating IRconnect. This is company-level only — we do not identify individuals, and we do not store your IP address. The IP is used solely for that lookup and then discarded.
When you submit our demo or contact form, or book a time through the scheduler, we collect the name, company, and email you provide, solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up about IRconnect.
The scheduler on our demo page is Zoho Calendar, loaded from Zoho’s servers. If you book a time, the name, email and any note you enter go to Zoho and to us, and Zoho may set cookies in your browser for that booking. We use what you enter only to hold the meeting and follow up. You can avoid Zoho entirely by using the form on the same page, or by emailing us direct.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we use it only for our own product and outreach purposes. Your data is not pooled into a shared product or used to train external models.
