We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) alongside our own first-party measurement to understand interest in IRconnect. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
During a visit we record the pages viewed, time on site, and any resources downloaded — so we can see what’s useful and improve the site.
We may look up the organization associated with a visitor’s network (an IP-to-company lookup) to understand which businesses are evaluating IRconnect. This is company-level only — we do not identify individuals, and we do not store your IP address. The IP is used solely for that lookup and then discarded.
When you submit our demo or contact form, we collect the name, company, and email you provide, solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up about IRconnect.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we use it only for our own product and outreach purposes. Your data is not pooled into a shared product or used to train external models.
